These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Sarahtonin Secure & Technologix LLC ("we," "us," or "Sarahtonin Secure") governing your use of the Earntonin app (the "App"). By downloading or using Earntonin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Earntonin on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or sublicense the App except as permitted by law.

Earntonin Plus subscription

Earntonin offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Earntonin Plus, which unlocks additional features.

• Earntonin Plus is $4.99 per month (USD) and includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.

Not financial advice

Earntonin is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It helps you reflect on spending by converting purchase prices into estimated work-time. Earntonin is not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice, and using it does not create any adviser, fiduciary, accountant, attorney, or other professional relationship. Calculations are estimates based on the wages, hours, currencies, and entries you provide. You are responsible for the information you enter and the decisions you make. Always consult a qualified professional before making important financial decisions.

"As is" & no warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data, exchange rates, or content will be complete, timely, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarahtonin Secure & Technologix LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or savings, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Apple-required terms (Licensed Application End User License Agreement)

The following terms apply because Earntonin is downloaded from the Apple App Store:

• This agreement is concluded between you and Sarahtonin Secure & Technologix LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
• In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer-protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party claim that the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
