Earntonin (the "App") is a personal-finance and budgeting app that converts purchase prices into the work-time they cost. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the App and to comply with applicable laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

We do not collect any of this for advertising or profiling. We only use it to make the App work for you.
You can use Earntonin without an account. In guest mode, everything you enter — your purchases, income, budgets, subscriptions, and preferences — is stored locally on your device only. We do not receive a copy, and nothing is uploaded to our servers.
If you create an account, the App syncs your data across your devices using Supabase, a third-party backend service that acts as our data processor. Supabase stores your name, email, an encrypted authentication record, and the financial entries you log so they can be securely synced. Access is protected so that only you can read or write your own record. You can continue to use the App in guest mode if you prefer not to create an account.
Your data is used solely to provide the App's functionality — calculating work-time costs, tracking budgets and goals, syncing across your devices, and managing your subscription. We do not use it for tracking or advertising.
Earntonin Plus and any other in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive only a receipt or entitlement token confirming your purchase so we can unlock the corresponding features. We never see or store your payment card details.
If you use guest mode, your data stays on your device until you delete it. If you have an account, we retain your synced data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, the associated data is erased from our systems.
You can permanently delete your account and the data synced with it directly in the App from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Doing so erases your data. EEA / UK and California residents also have the right to access, correct, or restrict processing of their data — contact us to make a request.
Earntonin is rated 4+ but is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
